Firefox 3/Adobe flash Player

Hi Peeps and peepettes.

Is anyone having trouble with Adobe flash Player in Firefox 3 RC1. Every time I come across site that requires it I try to download the add on ... everything seems to work OK but when I reload the page I get the same message to download again. I end up having to use IE spit>7. Anyone know of a 'fix' for this or is it a bug in the software??

I had to unload the latest beta version of Flash Player and go back to the last version to get it to work.

Im using firefox 3,links to sites effected?

Only those parts of the sites that use Adobe flash Player Raven. I can still use the sites but I can't see the Adobe content unless I change to IE7.

Update on above. halmer pointed me in the right direction. I ignored FF3's request to install Adobe and went directly to Adobe site and downloaded from there, closed down all programs and installed from there. Its working fine now. thanks to those that helped.
