A File opens on startup! How to delete it?

Hi guys and girls, a norton file opens on the desktop at startup, do you know how to get rid of it, is it in the msconfig thingy or what, chhers for any help,

well it all starts up as normal then a file open box appears on screen, its a C:/norton file containing nortons ghost etc, i think its somehow gotten tied into the startup menu along with the other programs like pop-up stopper that begin at startup, it is just a file box which you would see if e.g. you went to any o9f your folders.??

Start, Run, type

msconfig

and click OK.

Look to see if this is listed on the Startup tab and untick as appropriate.
