Does the program 'Ccleaner' wipe out deleted files so that it cannot be recovred by any means?

I think it depends on two things: first if you have used Ccleaner`s secure deletion or just the ordinary, one pass.

Secondly, on whether or not the files have been over-written since using Ccleaner`s ordinary deletion.

In any case you could try Recuva and see what it comes up with click here

I think it creates a huge file that takes up all your free space and then deletes it...it kinda re-formats that part and removes any unnecessary files such as viruses that are hiding there. Very useful indeed. click here

Yes if you tick the wipe" free space" box and run cleaner three times.
