File Association - Microsoft FrontPage

I friend of mine can't access a .php file that I built for him, using FrontPage .... it just brings up notepad with the souirce code.

He uses WIN98.
I tried to 'associate' .php with the FrontPage executable file, but couldn't find the execuatable on his hard drive.
He loaded it as a stand-alone program, not as a part of Microsoft Office.

Can anyone tell me what the Front Page executable file is called and where 'recommended' intallation would have placed all the necessary files that make Front Page work.

I felt such an idiot, tryinmg to get it done for him, but I can't work it out!

regards, and thanks in anticipation

You could try opening frontpage and going to file>open and opening the php file that way. However, you may find that frontpage will not be able to run the file as you will possibly have to set up a virtual server on his computer to run the php.
