Hi, I have a problem with my PC. I installed this game and after a random period of time (up to 5 mins max) the game crashes and PC returns to the desktop. I have installed latest video drivers from ATI.

There is a program called EASy Info in the FIFA directory which can be used to check all the system specs. When I run this it shows that my primary display has 1MB memory, while the secondary display (not connected) has 128MB. Does anyone know if this is this the reason for my problem, and if so how do I fix.

The video card is gigabyte Radeon 9000 Pro II 128MB.

Dxdiag reports approx 127MB memory (I am running DX9). Any help appreciated.

is your video card an "onboard graphics chip" that shares system memory?

If so how much ram is installed on your motherboard? It may be that more ram is required or that if you have onboard graphics they can not handle the game.

you may need a more current version of directx, click start, run type dxdiag and this will tell you what version of directx you have, although I would think this has been updated when you installed the game.

if you are unsure of graphics/ram then click here and download and run aida which will tell you all about your system.

see if there is a patch for this game as they fix problems like yours.
