Fatal Execution Engine Error

  10x 13:41 27 Jun 07

Each time I boot up my computer, I receive the following error message, which I have no idea how to get rid of:
'Fatal Execution Engine Error. (0x7927e 03e)
HPQTHB08.exe - common language runtime debugging services.
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
process aid=0x9ec (2540), thread id=0x9f0 (2544)
Click OK to terminate the application
Click cancel to debug the application
OK / Cancel

Registered JIT DEBUGGER is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT Debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x0 (0)
Please check computer settings.
CORDBG.EXE !a 0x9ec
Click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on cancel to abort the JIT DEBUG Request
Retry / Cancel'

Clicking either of these causes the message to disappear.
Does anyone know what this message means and how to correct it ?

Regards to everyone
