fat 32 to ntfs

hi can someone tell me the best way to change my external usb2 80g drive to ntfs the drive is westeren digital which comes in fat32 my os is xp pro thanks chippy

I have always found 80gig or less runs faster with fat32 configuration. My xp pro has been running fine on fat32 for a long time now. The only benefits I could see for ntfs was if I wanted to have sharing security at lower levels, but I'm not on a network.
