Factory setting deleted

I accidently deleted the factory settings from my "D" drive.

I want to reset my computer to factory settings but don't have a recovery disc. Can anyone advise me please.

I am running Windows Vista.

If you have deleted the Recovery Partition, the only way back is to approach the manufacturer and buy a Recovery Disk for your machine if they sell one.

You could try a 'System Restore' to before you deleted it. If it's considered part of the OS it should come back.
