Looks like if your keyboard writes gobbledegook on your laptop then pressing the appropriate keys fix it, well, did for Alexpa anyway.

Obviously does not realise that Helproom is for people to ask for help and not for posting of random tips.

As rdave13 says this is for a laptop without a separate numbers pad. It is only num lock on and off.
