Extracting Images for Digital Camera

When I first stared using my camera, a very handy wizard appeared (Windows XP Pro) that allowed me to, create a new folder, name the image files and delete the images from the camera.

Now when I connect my camera to the USB port nothing happens and I have to copy the images using Windows Explorer.

Does anyone know how I can get the wizard to appear again?

Thanks in advance.

Recommend you try Picasa2 from Google - just type Picasa2 in the normal Google Search Box.
This programme asks you for a new Directory name befor it starts downloading.
It's very impressive

Go to control pane, click on cameras & Scanners, Make sure your camera appears there.

If not make your computer do a search for it.
