This will do click here

However, you didn't say how much you have at the moment & how many free RAM slots. If you already have 2Gb & no free slots, then you cannot add any more as the laptop's limit is 2x 1Gb modules. G

If you'd like to save a little money this is the cheapest branded stuff I could find starting at £11.99 click here.

Basically any DDR2 200-pin 533/677/800Mhz unbuffered, non-ECC Sodimm will do. G

This sticker is on memory AS NFIS7715250035 Will the memory 1gb from Play.com be the same. I saw a posting on another forum where extra memory was added but laptop still only reconized the 1gb already installed and not the extra.

"This sticker is on memory AS NFIS7715250035 Will the memory 1gb from Play.com be the same."

Well, one can only go by the info given at Crucial click here & Asus click here for your particular laptop. Both mention a max of 2Gb, which divided by 2 makes it a max of 1Gb per slot.

The 1Gb at Play (or anywhere else for that matter) will not be the same as in identical, but similar & compatible.

There is a small chance it will not work as intended, but for only £11.99 & the benefits it could bring, it's a small risk I'd be happy to take.

Which laptop was this (the exact make & model please), where was the RAM purchased from & what were the RAM's specs (or exact make & model)? G
