Exporting Windows appearance settings

From right click desktop>
Properties>
Appearance>
Advanced>

The default font always seems to be Tahoma 8, but I prefer MS Sans Serif 10

Is it possible to export this info from one PC/laptop to another, as I have four laptops to set up!!

You can change fonts locally, or you can save the Theme by clicking the "save as" tab on the Themes button, transport via pen drive etc. trouble is when you load on your other machines all will be identical.
