Export Outlook DB from shortcut ?

Hi

I regularly need to export my calendar from MS Outlook to a CSV and would like to make the process easier by having a shortcut on my desktop that I can double-click to do this.

In the future I may also add to this shortcut so it runs a script to connect to my website and update my online diary.

Anyone got any pointers on this, if it's possible ?

Regards

Rich

Basically I want to avoid having to manually choose 'File > Import and Export > Export to a file > Next > CSV (Windows) > Next > Calendar > Next > <type filename> > Next'

Then I have to run a script on my website to synchronise that too......

Anyway of automating that section would be grand.

Cheers

Rich

There's a download on the Microsoft site to back up Outlook that I think includes output to a csv file if I remember rightly. Search M$ KB for outlook backup.

I'll post my findings...

Could I use a macro ?
