Explorer lost toolbars

My mouse threw a wobbly this morning and opened 32 explorer window. since then I have lost the top toolbars, File edit view etc how do I get them back, by the way its windows explorer not internet explorer

Thanx spikeychris that did the trick but what happened to them in the first place and surely windows should have a menu to replace the toolbars

Something had damaged the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar key.

There are 3 sub keys: Explorer, ShellBrowser, WebBrowser'

In each of these sub-keys is an entry for ITBarLayout if this is moved or changed it kills the menu. The fix you just ran repairs it, you could have run a manual fix by delting the ITBarLayout key but the .exe is a lot simpler.
