.exe message on windows 7 startup

Hi, I have just started getting a weird message regarding u3rldmv.exe when i get to my win 7 x64 desktop asking if i will allow it to make changes, i have no idea what this message is and i have clickes yes and no but it still re appears, i windows searched the name it said no files match my search and i have scanned with my antivirus and it says i have no infections ?? how can i stop this message bugging me it is really annoying, I dont want to install all my windows again as i just recently did all that and it takes me 2 days to get it back.

Sounds like a bug from a torrent P2P download. Seems your security software removed most. Try Ccleaner.

problem solved thanx for the program recommendation i was after a prog like that and didnt know where to get one :)

it was showing up in the windows startup so i deleted it and then did cleanup and reg clean it has gone :)
