A friend has just replaced my HD with a new one but when he rebuilt the computer the drive letters for my 6 card reader and HD changed (my main HD is now I). I have started to get the following error meassge:

Windows - no disk exception message c0000013 75b6bf9c 4

I have looked on Google and many threads say that it is caused by Norton - I do not have Norton.

Can any forum members help please by suggesting an easy way to get rid of this mesage?

Many thanks

Phil
