I work in a small retail shop and the recent VAT changes have left us with prices with uncommercial pence additions i.e. £29.73 or £45.36 as examples.
Is there an excel formula for rounding up anything between .00p and .49p to .45p, and rounding up anything between .50p and .99p to .95p?
Hope you get the gist.

Try

=IF(MOD(A1,1)<0.5,INT(A1)+0.45,INT(A1)+0.95)

What!! I thought everything was £XX.99p *grin*

I know the problem I had to alter 4800 prices but I did it to the nearest 10p.
