Excel rounding problem???

  Monoux 11:36 04 Jun 06

I have the same figures in a column and on a seperate worksheet in a row. The formula to add them gives a slight difference in total. I suspect this is due to 'Rounding.' Can anybody point me to a way of making excel add up just the figures as shown??

=Roundup() or =Rounddown()
is what you are looking for I think

Say you are displaying to 2 decimal places then

should give the desired results, as Noldi said.

Thank you both for your thoughts.
I knew from way back when there was a way to only calculate using the figures as displayed but could not for the life of me remember it.
Whilst your suggestions work there is another way. TOOLS/OPTIONS/CALCULATE then tick the box Precision as displayed. Problem Solved
