I have a column with 3,4,5 or 6 words in each cell and the last word in each is count.
Is there a way to remove the word count in each cell?

Assuming column A, in a spare column enter

=SUBSTITUTE(A1," count","")

and copy down as far as needed. Select those new values and copy them. Select your original list, Edit > Paste Special > tick Values anbd click OK.

Then delete the 'new' column.
