I have a 2 page spreadsheet that I would like to print on to 1 sheet (double sided) Is there a function within excel for this. Many thanks.

You wont find this in Excel, thats a setting in the printer properties box usually called duplex printing. As far as i know some printers ( Laser ) offer this option and i suggest you look there for the solution.

First of all set the print area in Excel and check that the two pages are as you want them. Then go to print and as the previous thread suggests select the option to print page 1 (Sometimes you have to say pages 1 to 1) Print that out and turn the paper over. Repeat for page 2. This works just in case your printer doesn`t support duplex printing.
