Excel Importing Data

Is it possible to import rows of data like below from the internet and transfer to an Excel workbook and retain the format?.

I'm not sure but I think it can be done using MS Word as the original source setting out data with commas or something then saving it as a plain text file with inserted tabs, commas or spaces. I'm working from the above scenario though.

Advice much appreciated.

You can just paste it directly into Excel. It will go into one column, in successive rows.

If you want it split across columns like

Barnardos ¦ 6 Bank Street ¦ Braintree ¦ CM7 1UL

select all of the rows, Data > Text to columns, and use , as the delimiter.
