Hi all

I don't want Hyperlinking on in Excel

Can someone please tell me how to turn the damn thing off please.

I know i can right click and remove the hyperlink and also click edit and undo hyperlink.

I can't find anything in the options at all.

I have a 600 cell spreadsheet to do all with e-mail addresses

Thanks in advance

Install ASAP Utilities click here

Select the range of cells containing hyperlinks. On the ASAP menu Web > Remove all hyperlinks in selected cells.

Ultimate Add-in click here has something similar in Range > Hyperlink tools.

Very odd!

Try this. In your workbook press ALT + F11 to open the Visual Basic Editor. Insert > Module. Copy the following code and paste it into the module.

Sub RemoveLinks()
Dim cel As Range
For Each cel In ActiveSheet.UsedRange
Next cel
End Sub

Close the VBE. On your sheet with hyperlinks, Tools > Macro > Macros, click on RemoveLinks then click the Run button.
