Excel formula to extract number from text

I have a multicolumn spreadsheet with data like

I need a formula to extract just the number only ie. 100 and 350. I can do text to columns but can only do one column at a time and there are a lot of columns.

If the number is always 3 digits:

If the number of digits could vary

VoG™, thanks the number varies and your second formula works. But I have just noticed I have another type of data

So is there a formula that would bring me what is to the right of "=" In this case "normal" and the above 100 and 350.

Sorry, just noticed after typing the above it also works for text.
