Excel - Cell Title & Count Formula

Can I have a cell in Excel (97) that contains text and also a formula?

The required result would look like:
Members 512
where the cell has both the word "Members" and also a formula such as =COUNTA(B2:B658,"")

Thanks in advance

="Members " & COUNTA(B2:B658)

Easy when you know how!

Many Thanks

Format the Cell as "Custom"

In the custom format put "Members "# this gives exactly same result.

One advantage of using custom formats is to be able to format the number part of the resulting cell contents. For instance,

"Members "###0 gives Members 0003

"Members "#,### gives Members 3,762 or Members 123,456,789 etc.

than VoG™, I would have given the same solution. However daba makes a very good point...

Though I suspect it's not so in the instance, (from the use of the word "Members"), it's worth considering that the first solution offered means that the cells containing the formula cannot, (easily) be used in subsequent calculations.

With daba's method they can.

Neither is wrong, and both have appropriate uses, but it's something to think about! Well done all!
