Excel can I create Paste as Text icon on toolbar

I have recently changed over my database from Access to Excel in order to speed up data entry as Excel allows copying and pasting of multiple lines.

I am now encountering a problem in that whenever I copy the text from a webpage and paste it into the Excel database it comes out as a Hyperlink (blue text and underlined) - I want it to paste as plain text which only seems to be accessible by going to Edit - Paste Special and then clicking Text and OK.

Is there a way of either creating an icon which will do the Paste as Text option with one mouse click OR preferably can I create a keyboard shortcut to this option (similar to Ctrl+V).

It's okay I just found an answer on another website :

Recorded the Edit - Paste Special - Text - OK into a Macro and assigned a keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+Shift+V

Now I can go back to my data entry.
