Excel Billing Formula

I receive an excel spreadsheet every month which details mobile bills including the minutes and pence per minute for each call.

I need to enter a formula which will total the cost of each call but the call duration is in the format hh:mm:ss and the cost is in 0.00. How can I create a formula to multiply the call duration by the cost per minute column and get the answer in a currency format?

ANy help would be greatly appreciated on this one.

With a duration in A1, p/minute in B1 then in C1

=A1*1440*B1

Format C1 as Number (or Currency).

Or to get the cost in £

=A1*1440*B1/100

Thank you very much VoG!
