excel 2007

I am still not fully got to grips with 2007, need help in finding the option to view the list of last 10 excel docs opened, i have given up my treking around and cannot locate it.

anyone put me straight please

Click the Office button, top left.

I had tried that but it only brings up libraries, not all my excel are in my docs but in other folders, in prev office it produced a list of recent excel docs opened but 2007 seems to fail on this.

any further tips you could offer please

To set the number of recent docs to be displayed, click the office button. select Excel options at the bottom, then advanced and scroll down to Display where you can set the number of documents to be displayed.
After that the should show when you click the Office button.

thanks that done the trick, i had opened the advanced bit before but did not notice the scroll down bar and had missed the vital part of the screen.
