Excel 2003-2007

I have several excel programs that have many hyperlinks connecting them together. This is with Excel 2003. I have purchased a new com with excel 2007 and after moving these old excel 2003 files to excel 2007, the hyperlinks do not work. My question is can this be done without me physically going through all the hyperlinks once again fixing them?

Do the hyperlinks point to the correct path for the files now that you have moved them?

They do not, I used the convert feature with excel 2007 on the 2003 files and though that might do but I only get a error message, I can not think of the message off the top of my head but I will be at my com shortly and can post it if that should shed some light. It is actually one file with about 6 different pages in it and they are hyperlinked together. I am not trying to hyperlink other programs or folders with it if that helps.

I had a similar problem.

I found that the alert to the problem included a button that let you "edit" or change the links that weren't working properly. It let you browse for the right worksheet for the link. Once selected, this repaired the link.
