Excel 2000 - date format query

  L_Driver 20:49 02 Feb 07

For some MS Office buff. Have workbook with 4 sheets with similar tables of data on each sheet.
This is a "brand new" document.
Sheets labelled FEB / MAR / APR / MAY
Now if I format the date fields on all sheets except MAR as dd-MON-2007 ( eg 12-Apr-2007 ) format takes OK. If I attempt to format date fields on MAR sheet ( eg 05-Mar-2007 ) I get ######## returned as the value ? Very peculiar indeed. Any advice ?

Make the column wider.

the symbols """" in excel usually mean that the contents of a field is to big to display and you have to resize the field (just doubleclick the vertical line to the right of the field concerened).
