Are you using Kaspersky security by any chance?

Try a screen-shot and photbucket to post an image of your problem.

Making a right mess of this.Anyhow it also say's

Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications.

Not sure what I should be doing about it or how to stop it.

Your image on phootbucket is fine, unfortunately it means nothing to me except the wininit is a necessary Windows and it maybe corrupt. Here's a bit of info here. Wininit

Change the value of HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\LoadAppInit_DLLs from 1 to 0.

(LoadAppInitDLLs of type REGDWORD, rather than LoadAppInitDLLs of type REGSZ)

Also check if HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\LoadAppInit_DLLs is set to 1 and if so, change it to 0.

Reboot and see if the event still gets recorded.

Plenty online about it

This one suggests a reg edit to fix, if the event viewer records this at every boot up time.

You never answered cocteau48 who asked do you use Kaspersky security.
