Every so often etom.exe appears and it is asking me to run it. Obviously, unless I'm 110% sure, I won't risk running anything. I use the BLOCK option. Can anyone please tell me what this is. Is it OK, malicious or what? If it is unsafe how do I get rid of it once and for all? I'm using XP Pro. Thanks in advance for your replies.

The only reference to etom.exe I could find was in this translated page click here.
The implication was that it is connected with a MIDI application. If you search your hard drive for etom.exe, the folder it resides in could give a clue.
