I have been able to set up my eTEC PT-3818 wireless modem router to
connect to my ADSL service as per the instructions but I am unable to use the
wireless access facility.
When I access the home page at click here I can only see the following
headings on the left under the CONFIGURATION heading - WAN>LAN>PPP>NAT>VIRTUAL
SERVER>DNS>BRIDGE FILTERING>SAVE SETTINGS and REBOOT WITHOUT SAVING.

In the instructions, only on the wireless setup page, it shows a heading of
‘WIRELESS’ between BRIDGE FILTERING and SAVE SETTINGS headings. Any ideas on how to access the wireless facility,

Thanks,

Tim

Is there an option to toggle its wireless capability On/Off as this might have to be set to "On" before you can configure and save wireless settings.

Sorted,

On advice from eTEC I checked the wireless card inside the modem (it's actually a PCMCIA card with an ariel attached to it) and by pulling it out and re-inserting it the wireless option came back.
