error on start up

hi peeps
just got from another short hol to find when i start up comp i get "c:\windows\ system32\keybdcntl.exe` " come up on screen it tells me i have typed in a word incorrect or something but if i click ok it clears i am on XP HOME

Try reinstalling the keyboard drivers - you got a disk with it?

i have not had comp long but i looked through disks i got with it, none say anything about keyboard, but there is one for system and drivers, would that be the one, as it gives a warning "incorrect use may cause problems with various hardwear devices

i didnt know to do, but got in touch with comp supp; who told me it is already in comp settings. So if if anyone else has that problem i will send them my information to try.
