Following my thread yesterday regarding Backup/Restore programs. Acronis True Image was recomended, but each time I try to install it I get the above message. Any help please. Dennis

Wow, it's a bit complicated for me. I want something easy to install if I am going to buy it. I think I will have to give Acronis a miss unless someone comes up with an easy answer

Thanks, I will do that. After what was said yesterday I feel I want to give it a try.

Thanks, I got a response from Acronis and I have now got it sorted out. I am very impressed and if all goes well with the Auto backups I have configured I shall be buying it. I must say that I was also quite impressed by Handy Backup for future reference.
