Error problems what's the cause

On my computer all i ever seem to get is errors
popping up even if i format and reinstall another operating system.
The errors are usually the same(stmgr has caused a problem with kernel 32.dll)and (explorer has caused a problem and will shut down).
I've changed memory a couple of times and operating systems but the problem still remains.
It's a time computer with a 500 proccessor and 128 mem.
Can anyone tell me why i get these errors please.

see my other post for more details on time. you've probably only got 96mb of RAM running, i do on mine!! despite it being a 128 DDR stick. Strange? No. just cheap components

I think On-board graphics will take some of the memory.

Upgrade to 256Mb with Win 98 and 512 with XP.
