error messege after start-up

Everytime I start up my pc, I get an error messege which reads 'cannot find file necessary to continue Virtual Truck Setup: f:\installs\PaceEth\VTruck.exe'. I am currently running Windows XP professional, I used to be on NTL Broadband and now using Freeserve Anytime dialup. If anyone could help, I would be very gratefull. Thanks

This isn't the exact error message but the suggestion to use msconfig may help click here

It may also be possible to delete the registry key but I would consider that only as a last resort and after backing it up.
