Trying to run Autosave from V-Communications I get the above error message in kernel.dll telling me the programme will close. Yet it worked before a crash. I'm running Windows ME

click here goto the limk, download and install. I think you will need to install to the windows directory.

Been there, done that. Thanks. I now get a message saying error in Cdfview.dll. Same thing happens again. Any more suggestions?
Thanks

Try running System File Checker (SFC).

Start>RUN>key in SFC or sfc and then OK.

Allow SFC to find missing or corrupted files - if and when it does you will be prompted to replace or update them individually.
