Copy this, paste into address bar, remove the space after // and click Go.

Follow the instructions.

into Add/Remove Programmes.

Look for Internet Explorer and if its there select this. Go to remove it and hopefully there will be an option to put a dot in to Repair Internet Explorer.

Do this and reboot.

Should this not fix things please call back and tell us which windows you are using 98 or ME or XP ?

Thank you for replying to my query...I am always nervous about going into the Registry so I will enlist some help on that one. IE is not in the Add/Remove but when I click 'About' it is Version 6.2800.1106IC. I have also found out that it is a customised version. I am running Windows 2000.
Thank you.
