After reinstalling Windows 98SE today I am now receiving two further error messages on start up:

Memory Manager not detected
Creative SB16 Emulation Driver NOT loading.

I get a little beep on start up.
I've checked the configuration of my 4.1 Creative Surround sound speakers and they are working OK or am I barking up the wrong tree.

Your help would again be appreciated.

Many thanks, I've copied it to my favourites. I'm off to have some tea before I start on this one.

Again thank you for your help.

Just to let you know - I printed off the information on Click Here above yesterday. Excellent step by step instructions for a novice. Plucked up the courage to follow them this morning and am delighted to say that the Error message is now cleared.

Thank you again for your help yesterday.
