error message 1327

I am trying to install adobe photoshop elements 4.0 onto my computer, but keep getting the error message 1327 invalid drive G:/. I am using Windows XP. Has anyone got any suggestions please?

Try installing in safe mode. Hit F8 repeatedly during boot before you see the XP logo.

Do you have a G: drive tanni? What sort of drive is it?

Still having problems! I haven't got a drive g and never have had one. I have been able to install other software. The problem seems to be when i'm trying to install anything to do with photos. Had the same error message trying to install hp1215 all in one.
