When I ever I start up i get this Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll
I have already posteed this and it was resolved.
But soon after I did the fix I got ithe message again. The fix was uninstalling the nVidia driver and reinstalling it. HELP!!!!

disabled under Startup / MSCONFIG and don't suffer from doing so.

Dll initialization routine failed.

The old one said somthing about memory.
I will disable it if like JoeC said if I can't fix it.

try rolling back to an older driver version first before this .dll was introduced, such as 23.11's...

Ok long story short. I had to re-install Xp on my machine. And while before I moved house before, I lost the original cd with the first driver for my graphics card. When I re-installed XP I got the latest driver off nVidia.
