Can anyone throw some light on this error message. I've looked on Google but can't find anything to explain it.

I'm suprised that you didn't find anything in google. Just type C000001D in and it comes up with quite a lot of stuff. One of which is an incompatability between CDMaster 32 and MP3 Encoder, I don't know if this helps at all but it's a start.

Thanks. Google did come up with some information but nothing I could find relevant. Will go back and persevere.

Regards.

Done a bit more research. The error comes up on my old computer with a Cyrix processor when using a programme called Tune Up Utilities 2004. The fact it is a Cyrix processor seems to be the cause. The programme works well enough and all I've been doing is clicking the error message off without any ill effects. Will try and find out a bit more about it.
