My company has just change our internal system to allow access from our home computers, so we can access our payslips, book holidays, report sick etc etc. They supplied us with a code and instruction how to down load a program called Citrix Receiver. My problem is that although the receiver is on my hard drive, and appears under downloads when I try to actually install the program I get an error message 'Could not access network location components' I have been on to my companies 'help' line I think they are based in Poland, they have so far told me, you need to install it under IE8 (I am currently running IE9 with Windows 7)then they talked me though the installation process until I got this error message and they then informed me that there was a fault on my laptop and i needed to get it repaired before I could actually install the software. My laptop is six months old and i have had no other problems with any other software. Does anybody know what i can do to rectify this problem. I have tried reinstalling the software running scans and virus checkers etc. Even went on Microsoft's help line and followed the instruction to correct error 1606. help please

There absolutely no need to post in more than one forum. Those of us that frequent these forums regularly tend to look in all,or at least most of the various forums here. All you are doing causing confusion to both those of us that maybe can offer help and you because you have to check more than one post.

As for your problem, sorry cannot help.
