Epson Perfection 1200S (scsi) into new Windows XP

Help, please.

I love my new PC.....Pentium 4, Windows XP, BIG hard drive, broadband, etc, etc, BUT....... Can I instal my old SCSI card and run my Epson 1200S scanner?

Or should I dump my scanner and printer, and invest in a 'Multifunction device'? The Epson Stylus CX6400 looks too good to be true.

All sensible advice welcome. Thanks, John.

I'm a bit of a novice and don't know what a SCSI card is but when I got my new toy I installed the scanner,a perfection 1200 photo from the old machine where it had been on win 98 to the new one on XP and it works fine. Also did the printer , an Epson photo 700 and apart from a bit of bother with the status monitor driver it installed ok.
Good luck
