Please help, on the eve of a photography exam our epson P50 decides to print animals with random almost neon colours mixed in. Have run head clean 3 times but it's made no difference. Any quick fixes out there please (in simple terms!) Thank you.

Not clear on the 'random neon' remark.

However is is nothing to do with ink that's for sure.

It is almost certainly a software vissue.

What is thesourse of the images?

Have they been edited in any way?

First thing to trry uninstall printer software and restart machine then reinstall.

When printing next time' do so using shortcut CTRL 'P' this prints exactly what is on screen.
