Epson cleaning cartridges

Hi - I bought a couple of Epson cleaning cartridges from and am a bit confused. Although the box has a sticker on, saying Epson T009 Cleaner, the cartridges have the same wording on the plastic wrapper as the ordinary ones, with the advice to use them up within 6 months.

I've never used these before - what do I do with them? Do I use once, run the Utilities and then throw them away?

Sorry if there's going to be an obvious answer!

Use as a cart You do not throw away when you take them out. Put the carts in, Then print some text and some pictures, you will not see any of this but it will do its job. Then take out and put Sellotape back over where you removed it to save for next time. but as above these will evaporate if not used
