Epsom 740 printer chews paper

  Halmer 08:17 06 Dec 03

My lad's printer has started to drag the paper in at an angle for some reason which means that it is more often than not printed slanted, chewed up or just ends up getting stuck.

I can't find the manual and there doesn't seem to be much that I can adjust.

Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Hi Halmer. Even if you could find the manual for your lad's printer it is unlikely to be much help. The most likely cause of the problem is that there is some paper stuck in the feed path, or a roller is in need of cleaning. This site has some advice on cleaning this printer click here.
