Envelope won't print in Word 2010

I am unable to print an envelope using Word 2010. The letter it is part of prints perfectly, but the envelope comes out of the printer blank. I am running Windows 8.1 and using an HP Photosmart 6525. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me?

Are you changing to the appropriate size when printing the envelope?

Or using the manual feed for the envelope.

Yes to both questions. The printer pulls the envelope from the tray, it just doesn't print anything on the envelope. I even tried letting it try to print the envelope data on a plain full-size sheet of paper with no success (after it had just successfully printed a letter).

I believe the envelope is "page 0". Have you included that in the print range.

Do you have anything in print preview before print?

  jwspeed96 23:03 11 Dec 14

Yes, the print preview does show the envelope with the address (recipient and return).

I do not know if page "0" is set in the print range. I do not know how to determine that or how to set page "0" as past of the print range.

Set print range to 0-4 for example if you have a "4 page + envelope" letter. See if that works.
