Empty Outlook Express folder

I'm trying to transfer my email messages from my old PC to my new one but when I look in C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{FCFF0E4B-8E6F-49FB-82F5-DF795BB93BFD}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

It's empty!!!! yet I have hundreds of emails in OE.

I have checked that the 'store folder' is the one mentioned above so just where are these emails being kept.

The same problem is also on my the other two users on my PC. Just no sign of them where they are supposed to be.

When I DO find them what is the best way to transfer them?
