Emailing Photos

All of a sudden when i try to send photos by email
windows XP Pro has stoped reducing the size of them,
the option to do so has gone?. does anyone know how to restore it back again please

Thanks Irishman tried that installed it but can't find it on the pc, all i can find in the search is the download folder and that keeps installing it , but still can't find it cheers alan

look in start / program / powertoys thats where it will go when you install it

sorry right click a picture and select resize pictures

When you select an image file and click "E-mail this file" in the Common Tasks pane, the image resize option may not appear. This can happen if the image file is not a supported type by Windows XP.

If the file type is a supported image file type, and still the option to resize does not appear, follow these steps:

Click Start, Run and type Regsvr32 Shimgvw.dll

Restart Windows for the changes to take effect
